How to use the DPL Therapy System for pain relief

1. Lay panels on or within 1/2 inch of the skin, or use the Velcro strap to wrap panels around painful area or sore muscles.
2. Press power button and release. You will hear a beep and the red LEDs will be visible. The other LEDs are in the infrared spectrum and can't be seen by the human eye.
3. The system will beep every minute and will automatically turn off at the end of 9 minutes.
4. For more severe pain or muscle spasms you may run the system several times in a row.
