If you would like to return your DPL Therapy System or DPL Nuve after using it as directed for a fair trial period, please email us and you will be assigned an RMA number to include in your package. If you are using it for skin rejuvenation, note that depending on your age, skin condition, diet, and many other factors, results are often slow at the beginning...many people take nearly the full 60 days to notice changes. Refunds will not be given for packages received without a valid RMA number. Shipping and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. A refund will be given if you contact us for an RMA number within the allotted time period, and all materials, including the printed box and user manual, are returned clean, complete, undamaged, and in a resalable condition within 10 days of that contact date.
